ESSENCE HOUSE

Located in Egham’s prime industrial estate, Essence House comprises a two unit 20,000 sq ft warehouse, acquired on a part sale & leaseback basis on 2018. The property went minor external refurbishment, including installation of income producing rooftop solar panels prior to renewing the lease to the second tenant, increasing the overall rent roll and proving the reversionary income. The property was sold to The Worshipful Grocers Company in Q1 2020.
