Jonathan
Coenca
Founder
Jonathan has been leading CDP UK since 2014. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business from acquisition, asset management to finance with the support of his team.
Prior to CDP, Jonathan worked for Clearbell Capital LLP, a UK Real Estate Opportunistic Fund where he worked in multiple sectors including industrial.
He graduated with a Major in Finance from the European Business School and holds a MSc in real estate from Oxford Brooks University.​

Chris Nicoll
Portfolio Director
Chris stepped into the role of Portfolio Director at CDP in April 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a senior commercial property asset manager and investor. His skill set is comprehensive, encompassing the ability to oversee a well-established property platform effectively. His strategic implementation, people management, and profit delivery are underpinned by his status as a member of RICS.
Renowned within the UK industrial and logistics sector, Chris has built an extensive network of contacts.
Multilingual, Chris is fluent in Spanish and French, and holds a BSc Hons in Estate Management.

Patrice was first worked with CDP on an advisory basis when the group's management moved from Paris to London in 2004. He has since built an extensive knowledge of CDP UK’s approach and strategy. He now oversees all the Accounting and Tax aspects of the company’s various investments.
Over the last 20 years, he has gained experience advising and serving on the Boards of entrepreneurial companies and a range of investment vehicles. He has a keen interest in Real Estate and is exposed daily to a wide range of trading and investment strategies in the UK and overseas.
He has gained tax and financial advisory certificates and diplomas from the CII, ACCA and IFS as well as a being a fellow member of the IFA.

Acquisition & Asset
Management Director
George joined CDP in 2017 as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. George is responsible for both sourcing and appraising new acquisition opportunities across Greater London to expand CDP’s “Last Mile Portfolio”, and delivering the asset management programme on a portfolio-wide basis.
George has specialised in the industrial sector for the majority of his career, starting as an agent in the Midlands at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 2005 before moving to join Dunmoore, a South East private property company in 2013.
George has an MA in Property Investment from Nottingham Trent University, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Patrice was first approached by the Cdp team on an advisory basis when the Group management moved from Paris to London in 2003-2004. He has since built an extensive knowledge of Cdp UK’s approach and strategy. He now oversees all the Accounting and Tax aspects of the Companies’ various investments.

Over the last 20 years of his professional career, he has built experience by advising and being on the Board of entrepreneurial companies and a range of investment vehicles. He has a keen interest in Real Estate and is exposed daily to a wide range of real estate trading or investment strategies both in the UK and overseas.
He has passed various tax and financial advisory certificates and diplomas from the CII, the ACCA and the IFA and is a Fellow member of the IFA.
